Do I have to weigh and prepare my own meals?

Clients are more than welcome to use a meal plan company, but there may be some additional preparation necessary to hit the customized target macros.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I choose a Plus Plan, will I be eating the same meals everyday?

Meal plans are adjusted weekly based on client weekly check-in feedback and, for a small up-charge, meal plans may be adjusted mid-week.

I am going on vacation or will be traveling during my Plan - will this be a problem?

Not at all!
Fully Fueled Customized Macronutrient Plans feature a freeze option, which allows clients to hold their plans for a week at no additional cost.
However, not only have I coached several clients who travel for work, but it is often encouraged during a Plan to challenge yourself & get you out of your comfort zone!
This is part of the coaching process.

Do you have a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of these Plans, as well as the personal interaction and support you will receive from me, refunds are not available. If you feel that there is a reason why you won't see results from this course, I would love to chat them through with you. You can reach out to me here.

Can this help with an eating disorder?

These Plans are not designed for women with active eating disorders or those who are in the early stages of recovery. If this is you, please hang in there! Recovery is 100% possible and it is worth every inch you fight to get there. Eating disorders are serious and require the attention and care of a team of professionals trained and certified in eating disorder recovery. After you are several months into recovery, you can discuss with your treatment team whether this course would be a good option for you.
